After Sales Services

If you have not yet selected a machine for the product you will manufacture, our technical team collaborates with Taiwanese and Chinese engineers to choose the right machine for your product. We share all equipment details, brands, and quality specifications of the selected machine with you. Whether the machine is chosen by you or us, we provide you with a weekly report on its manufacturing status and updates. Once the machine is ready, we present its final condition to you either live or via video. We also prepare the mold set for the product you request along with the machine. The mold set is connected to the machine, and we provide you with a video demonstrating your product in operation.

Optionally, the installation of your machine can be carried out by ONY, Ronen engineers, or our team. After installation, we provide machine training and operator training (subject to a fee). Optionally, after installation, we can set up your first product and manufacture the first 1,000 units with ONY, Ronen engineers, or our team. We also provide training on mold and technical details related to the product (subject to a fee). Optionally, we take full responsibility for the maintenance of your machine at six-month intervals. Maintenance schedules, replacement parts, and necessary equipment are shared with you. When the maintenance is due, we handle all necessary procedures (subject to a fee).

5-Year Machine Warranty

We provide a five-year warranty for machines that are installed and fully maintained by us. Under the warranty, necessary replacement parts are replaced free of charge, and after testing, the machine is recommissioned.

In case of unexpected or user-induced failures, we guarantee same-day online support. If the problem cannot be resolved through online support, a fault detection technician is dispatched within three days. Depending on the nature of the issue, we guarantee the fastest possible repair service (subject to a fee).

The pricing of these optional services may vary depending on the machine and location. These options will be shared with you along with your machine quotation.
