Personnel Training Center

With our expert team, we provide theoretical and practical training for your newly hired or recently onboarded personnel. Through theoretical training, your personnel gain lasting knowledge on various topics, from the history of bolts to technical drawing interpretation and lot tracking. Practical training takes place at our factory located in Çayırova / Kocaeli, where your personnel receive machine training tailored to your needs.

Practical training topics are determined by you and include:
• Transfer nut presses
• Transfer bolt presses
• Double-stroke screw presses
• Rolling machines with racks or three-roller systems
• Flanged, servo, or four-head tapping machines
• Production quality tracking processes

Depending on the training topic, your personnel quickly adapt to your production process after completing the training, adding value to your operations. For personnel coming from outside the city, we provide accommodation in our partner hotels and arrange transportation services.

Depending on the number of personnel, our training team can also provide support at your location.
